Recently, we have received a large number of letters and calls from international users, asking us to check whether the KTS-442R15U they have is genuine, and asking us to help solve the software bugs and functional problems they encountered.

After checking, we found that the KTS-442R15U they reported problems with are instruments that are only allowed to sell in China market. Someone used a cracking program to change the program language from Chinese to English or Spanish. The installation of the cracking program caused the measurement program to malfunction.

KOLIDA hereby declares:

The hacked and modified instruments do not enjoy any warranty service.

Instruments sold only in Chinese market do not enjoy any international market warranty service.
