Recently in Malaysia, one of our long-term clients decided to add an Argo1 unmanned surface vessel (USV) to their river surveying equipment.
Our technical team flew to the client's site to provide on-site training and support, guiding the client through the entire workflow.
The training included:

★Hardware setup: battery installation, antenna installation, and system status checks
★USV deployment and operational configuration
★GNSS positioning: connecting the NTRIP server and the local RTK base station
★Mission planning, controller familiarization, and USV operation
★Safe navigation, obstacle detection, and recovery procedures

Ultimately, the client correctly utilized the entire surveying system and obtained reliable and consistent measurement results.
