On our GNSS data processing software, KOLIDA GEO Office, you can use Precise Ephemeris in stead of Broadcast Ephemeris. 

With the help of Precise Ephemeris, the processing of long baselines (more than 100km) will be more precise, the accuracy of Single Point Positioning (PPP) can reach Submeter level.
