★  Is there a request for minimum purchase quantity for new clients?

No we don’t have a minimum purchase request, you can order even a rod or a prism only.

Whatever your order is small or huge, we will treat it on the highest priority.

★  How long I can get my sample order in hand?

If you purchase just several pc of total station or theodolite, or some common accessories, we can deliver them immediately once we receive your payment. Usually it is 3-5 days after you confirm the order and send remittance.

      For large quantity or uncommon items that we don’t have stock, it will take us few days or weeks to obtain them from factory.   

★  How about delivery term?

For small cargo (the total weight less than 40 kgs or 45 kgs) we can ship it by courier only. Usually we choose DHL and TNT service.

   For middle-sized cargo (above 45 kgs)  it will be delivered by air flight. You can compare the freight quotation from our forwarders and your forwarders, sot that to choose the better one.

   For large-sized cargo (usually hundreds even thousands of levels, tripods, poles) we ship by sea (by containers). It takes longer time but the freight cost is much cheaper.

★  How much is the discount for sample order? 50%?

Sorry no so big discount, all the prices on our official pricelist is the firm price.

    For the instruments you purchase in the first order, we offer the 10pcs wholesale price or the 20pcs price.

    Sometimes we have special price or promotion terms for specified product or for holidays, and then, there will be special discount.

★  What payment terms you accept? Can I pay by Credit card?

Oh we can not take Credit Card payment, it is not allowed by customs law.

For usual orders we accept TT payment only, sometimes Western Union is ok.

For large order or customer’s special request we accept L/C at sight.
